Haifa Hospital

This is a small hospital situated inside the camps near one of the entrances. It is administered by the Red Crescent organization. The hospital provides outpatient and inpatient services in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Surgery, and also has an Emergency room.

Non-Governmental Organizations

The NGO's that SCORP has contacted are situated in the middle of the camp and are run by voluntary men and women. They deal with members of all ages from the camp and they provide social services for the community. They have a kindergarten and a daycare that provides various activities for children, like music, art, dance lessons, scouting, and sports, as well as they help them in their academic performance. As for the adults, they provide them with primary nursing care like blood pressure monitoring and health awareness lectures. They also have physiotherapist who helps rehabilitate stroke patients.
